I have worked with Cindy, officially, twice now. Both times she has gone above and beyond to help me out! She has listened and taken into account my specific needs and addressed them with the clear and concise packages she puts together. I LOVE the way the packages are structured! She has also helped me out a couple of times when I was unsure about my future living situation, and just had some questions. I recommend her to anyone I know who is looking for a house or an apartment. - Cathy P.

Addison is a highly sought after community in the North Dallas area, which is quite renowned across the nation for its world-class dining and excellent nightlife. This community just west of the North Dallas Tollway has a population of 13,056, according to the 2010 census covering total area of around 4.4 square miles.

The area under Addison got its recognition as early as 1846 when a person named Preston Witt built the very first house near White Rock Creek. But it was only in 1902 that this place was named Addison in remembrance of a postmaster Addison Robertson who served from 1908 to 1916.

The first industry which came into existence in 1902 was a cotton grin on Addison road. The community got its name revised a number of times starting from the very first one as Noell Junction in name of Sidney Smith Noell. Knoll Trail and Noell Road were also named after him.

The City of Addison was then incorporated on June 15, 1953, with M.W. Morris declared as the first Mayor of the region. Also, Guy Dennis, Robert W. Wood, H.T. Nesbit, Seldon Knowles and J. E. Julian were sworn-in as alderman. And then in 1982, the place got its name revised to "Town of Addison".
